Getting Started
How do we start?
Request a pilot with your use case, the countries you operate in and a device count. We come back with a plan: SIMs, device onboarding, a portal under your brand and API access.
How do engagements run?
Discover, analyse, plan and deliver, starting from the estate you run. Transformation work follows three steps: standardise, integrate, then automate. See How We Work.
Where do you work?
From its headquarters in Solihull, UK, Digitalsom supports clients worldwide, and Cloud-IQ, our connectivity subsidiary, keeps devices online in 190+ countries.
Platform and Connectivity
Can we run RAAD under our own brand?
Yes. RAAD is white-label: partners run it under their own brand for their own customers, and we build and operate the platform behind it. Request a pilot to see it under your brand.
Is there an API?
Yes. RAAD is API-ready, so enterprises integrate device, position and event data with their own systems. Ask for the API documentation when you request a pilot.
Which devices does RAAD support?
RAAD speaks 269 device protocols for mobile and fixed IoT alike: fleets, smart meters (DLMS and LoRaWAN), cold chain, energy and more, across tracking, metering, power, cameras and compliance. Name the device models in your pilot request and we'll confirm them.
Do you sell connectivity?
Yes, through Cloud-IQ, our global IoT connectivity subsidiary: multi-network SIMs across 190+ countries and 800+ mobile networks, with SIM lifecycle, billing and network intelligence in one console. See Cloud-IQ connectivity.
How is pricing worked out?
Platform, connectivity and managed services are quoted on your estate: device count, modules, countries and the SLAs you need. Contact sales for a quote.
What do you do beyond IoT?
Network, security and automation: software-defined WAN, security operations on Microsoft Sentinel with firewall as a service, and Infrastructure as Code. See Services.
